Personal Injury Reductions / Closing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for each case

• Initiate courtesy calls to clients once a case is assigned

• Offer comprehensive explanations regarding the reduction process

• Record phone calls, case statuses, and documents in the online document management system

• Ensure effective integration of releases onto Litify

• Verify PIP benefits and authenticate damages with a complete list of providers

• Confirm outstanding balances on medical accounts

• Negotiate bills with healthcare providers

• Promptly issue reductions and maintain consistent communication with clients

• Perform case reviews and personal audits to assess productivity

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges

• Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple tasks

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
