Personal Injury Reductions – Closing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Initiating courtesy calls to clients when a case is assigned

• Offering comprehensive explanations regarding the reduction process

• Recording phone calls, case statuses, and documents in the online document management system

• Ensuring the efficient linking of releases onto Litify and verifying PIP benefits

• Validating damages using a complete list of providers

• Confirming outstanding balances on medical accounts and negotiating bills with providers

• Dispatching reductions promptly while maintaining consistent communication with clients

• Performing case reviews and personal audits to enhance productivity

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (both spoken and written)

• Willing to work overtime as necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving

• Self-driven with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
