Personal Injury Reductions – Closing Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the final point of contact for each case.

• Initiate courtesy calls to clients.

• Provide comprehensive explanations of the reduction process.

• Document phone calls, case statuses, and files into the software.

• Ensure efficient integration of releases onto Litify.

• Verify PIP benefits and assess damages.

• Confirm outstanding balances on medical accounts and negotiate bills.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and address their inquiries.

• Perform case evaluations and personal audits.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (both spoken and written).

• Willing to work overtime as necessary.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.

• Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple tasks.

• Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
