Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage litigation cases from initiation through to trial.

• Negotiate settlements and prepare legal documents.

• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediation sessions.

• Foster strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal representation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Litigation/Trial Attorneys must hold licenses in two or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina.

• 2 to 8 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for trial experience.

• Multi-state licensure is mandatory.
