Personal Injury Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone or email, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.

• Gather essential information to comprehend client requirements and evaluate how the firm can assist.

• Listen with empathy to clients and direct them to suitable resources within or outside the firm.

• Complete legal documentation and maintain records of client interactions.

• Organize and schedule consultations with legal professionals.

• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are addressed or offer further assistance.

• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and organizing documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor's degree.

• Has over 3 years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation within contact centers.

• Demonstrates proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with precision and efficiency.

• Holds prior experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred).

• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both in spoken and written forms.

• Exhibits excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Upholds discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

• Resides permanently in Latin America.

• Possesses a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
