Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Perform inbound eligibility assessments to determine potential client qualifications for immigration services.

• Deliver a professional, compassionate, and client-centric experience in all interactions.

• Assist prospective clients by guiding them through a structured intake questionnaire to uncover potential immigration solutions.

• Make outbound calls to connect with prospective clients and encourage consultations.

• Carry out timely follow-up communications according to pipeline stages and business priorities.

• Maintain regular client contact to aid in conversion and minimize lead drop-off.

• Ensure that client profiles are accurately completed and updated in the case management system.

• Record and document all interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

• Comply with intake SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Work collaboratively with Sales Consultation leadership to facilitate a seamless intake-to-consultation transition.

• Engage in sales competitions, training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.

• Enhance knowledge of firm services, immigration procedures, and effective engagement strategies.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales; outbound calling experience is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and a client-focused approach.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive, and metrics-driven setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+) or Mac M1+ computer is required.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD is necessary.

• Operating system must be Windows 11 or macOS.

• Two screens are mandatory.

• USB wired or wireless headset is required.

• A wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps is essential.

• Minimum 85% quality assurance score is required.

• Minimum gross conversion rate of 15% is expected.

• Minimum answer rate of 8% is required.

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while utilizing a computer, phone, and other office equipment.

• Proficiently handle typing and data entry tasks.
