Personal Injury Intake Case Manager – Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for clients during the intake and treatment stages of their case

• Keep clients informed through regular communication about treatment progress, property damage, case developments, and any pending requirements

• Promptly address client inquiries via calls, voicemails, SMS, and emails in a professional manner

• Offer updates, guidance, and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation phase

• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and case activities

• Track and follow up on the progress of client medical treatments and provider adherence

• Collaborate with medical providers concerning appointments, treatment updates, records, and billing inquiries

• Recognize gaps in treatment, missed appointments, or obstacles affecting case development

• Liaise with insurance adjusters about claim status, coverage details, and property damage issues

• Oversee and prioritize a dynamic caseload while ensuring each matter progresses in a timely manner

• Guarantee that all case documentation is accurately organized, saved, and maintained within the case management system

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Personal Injury Case Management, Intake, or Pre-Litigation is preferred

• Background in managing personal injury claims, insurance communications, or client case coordination

• Familiarity with bodily injury claims, medical treatment processes, and property damage protocols

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Capability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced setting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients

• Dependable attendance, accountability, and consistent follow-through

• Experience with Litify (Salesforce) is preferred

• Previous work experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
