Personal Injury Demand Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Compose over 90-100 detailed and convincing settlement demand letters for personal injury cases each month.

• Examine and condense medical records, invoices, and supplementary documentation using AI software.

• Evaluate liability and clearly articulate arguments for insurance companies.

• Compute and present both special and general damages.

• Ensure the precision, thoroughness, and organization of demand packages.

• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, case managers, and support personnel.

• Maintain high productivity levels in a fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as a demand writer or legal writer within personal injury law (preference for U.S.-based firms).

• Strong comprehension of the personal injury claims process.

• Experience in reviewing medical records and billing statements.

• Exceptional written English skills (focus on grammar, tone, and clarity is essential).

• Capability to meet deadlines and handle multiple cases at once.

• Familiarity with case management software (such as Salesforce Litify, EvenUp) is advantageous.

• Reliable internet connection and a dependable remote work environment - ideally equipped with dual screens.
