This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from initial intake to settlement or resolution.
• Track the progress of cases and ensure that all necessary tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines are met promptly.
• Maintain precise and well-organized case files in the case management system.
• Monitor treatment status, manage records requests, insurance details, liens, and other milestones related to the case.
• Identify any delays or issues that could affect the progression of cases and escalate concerns as needed.
• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the duration of their cases.
• Keep clients informed with regular updates on treatment, case status, pending documentation, and next steps.
• Collect information regarding injuries, treatment, lost wages, insurance coverage, and other relevant case details.
• Deliver compassionate, professional, and responsive customer service while fostering trust and maintaining robust client relationships.
• Accurately and thoroughly document all communications with clients.
• Request, gather, review, and organize medical records and billing statements.
• Follow up with healthcare providers for outstanding records and bills.
• Monitor client treatment progress and maintain precise treatment timelines.
• Coordinate with medical providers concerning appointments, treatment updates, and record requests.
• Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lien holders, and other parties involved in the claim.
• Obtain and confirm claim information, policy details, adjuster contact information, and coverage documentation.
• Assist legal teams in preparing demand packages and supporting documents.
• Compile medical records, billing records, police reports, photographs, insurance documents, wage loss documentation, and other evidence.
• Schedule client meetings, medical appointments, recorded statements, depositions, and other case-related activities.
• Keep track of important deadlines and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates within the case management system.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims process, including treatment coordination, records collection, demand preparation, and settlement workflows.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of effectively managing a high-volume caseload.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience with case management software and electronic file systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related business software.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
