This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate effective case management.
• Offer general advice to clients regarding subsequent steps in their cases.
• Track case timelines and ensure timely follow-ups are conducted.
• Assist in both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
• Help identify details related to health insurance coverage.
• Maintain consistent communication with insurance adjusters.
• Follow up with clients about their treatment progress and case updates.
• Request medical records, bills, and police reports as needed.
• Manage phone calls and communicate effectively with clients.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence related to cases.
• 1-2 years of experience as a case manager is required.
• Experience in US personal injury law is essential.
• A bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Solid legal knowledge regarding personal injury procedures.
• High attention to detail is critical.
• A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive and self-driven work ethic.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to consistently follow up and ensure ongoing case progression.
