Personal Injury Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• The Virtual Assistant (VA) will act as a Case Manager, serving as the primary coordinator for personal injury cases, including car accidents and slip and fall incidents.

• Responsible for conducting welcome calls and maintaining consistent communication regarding the recovery process.

• Facilitating medical treatment by ensuring adherence to doctor recommendations and monitoring patient progress.

• Serving as a liaison among the lawyer, injured clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

• Collecting medical records and bills, and organizing the "demand package" for settlement negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy are essential.

• Knowledge of U.S. insurance claims processes is required.

• Familiarity with reporting for auto or health insurance is necessary.

• A high degree of empathy and a "Compassion Care" approach towards injured clients is crucial.

• Paralegal training or experience in personal injury law is preferred.

• Familiarity with relevant terminology is advantageous (clinical diagnoses are not required).

• Experience working directly with or as insurance adjusters is highly preferred.

• Willingness to work night shifts is expected.
