Personal Injury Attorney – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver continuous remote, on-demand legal assistance to client law firms handling active personal injury cases.

• Take initiative to independently manage and advance cases.

• Oversee motion practice, discovery processes, and case management.

• Conduct court appearances and handle litigation tasks as required.

• Prepare legal documents and perform legal research and analysis.

• Adhere to deadlines while providing support for both short-term and long-term legal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida.

• At least 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation is required.

• Proven expertise in motion practice, discovery, and case management.

• Capable of independently managing and progressing cases.

• Comfortable with court appearances and litigation duties as necessary.

• Exceptional drafting, research, and analytical capabilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual who can work autonomously.

• Expected to be available for approximately 10+ hours per week.
