Personal Injury Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a pre-litigation case portfolio

• Draft demand letters

• Initiate and manage the litigation process

• Negotiate matters prior to litigation

• Evaluate and analyze the validity of cases

• Prepare legal documentation

• Organize and maintain case information

• Review relevant laws and regulations

• Ensure ongoing communication with clients and adjusters

• Collaborate closely with case managers and support staff

• Make introductory calls to new clients

• Collect case information, including photographs, treatment details, and insurance data

• Facilitate settlement discussions

• Negotiate liens and final payments with healthcare providers

• Communicate with medical providers to guarantee proper medical care for clients

• Provide assistance with property damage as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in Georgia

• Georgia Bar membership is required

• At least 5 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury cases

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in both pre-litigation and litigation, including trial experience

• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the pre-litigation phase

• Must work collaboratively with case managers and other support personnel

• Strong skills in time management

• Ability to multi-task and address tasks promptly and tactfully

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Strong client service orientation

• Capability to manage all aspects of litigation, including matters within federal court jurisdiction

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in organization and research

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude; self-driven and professional
