This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution or trial.
• Perform comprehensive case investigations and build robust evidentiary support.
• Draft and submit pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Engage in strategic negotiations with insurance companies and opposing legal counsel.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court when required.
• Formulate case strategies designed to optimize client outcomes.
• Keep abreast of legal developments, case law, and regulatory changes.
• Mentor and assist junior attorneys and legal personnel.
• Contribute to enhancing client experiences and initiatives for firm growth.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active legal license in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
• 3–5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve favorable case results and settlements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thought processes.
• Capacity to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
