📋 Description

• Offer support, guidance, direction, and oversight with a focus on wellness.

• Perform assessments and create service plans for residents.

• Supervise and monitor resident care to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Work in collaboration with Human Resources to address performance issues among employees.

• Facilitate the training and development of care team members.

• Carry out monthly audits to guarantee compliance with company policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field.

• Over 3 years of management experience in Senior Living environments.

• Proven knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office within a Windows setting.

• A successful history of driving revenue growth by assessing resident care needs and converting those assessments into increased service plans.
