Personal Care Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Offer support, guidance, direction, and oversight from a wellness standpoint within communities.

• Perform resident assessments and develop service plans.

• Supervise and monitor resident care to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Review and process physician orders using eMAR in conjunction with pharmacy assistance.

• Ensure that resident ADL schedules are created and executed during vacancies.

• Collaborate with Human Resources to address employee performance issues.

• Assist in the training and development of care team members.

• Coordinate and communicate with the home office team to facilitate a seamless transition for outgoing and incoming community team members.

• Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication among team members.

• Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory agencies, and standards.

• Provide ongoing training support to wellness leaders.

• Carry out any additional duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and job requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in healthcare or a related field.

• Experience in Senior Living or Independent Living environments.

• At least three years of management experience.

• Must possess demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, along with the ability to master company-specific software.
