This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
• Provide assistance with fundamental bookkeeping and expense monitoring
• Develop and uphold material lists and documentation relevant to projects
• Organize tasks and follow-ups to ensure all responsibilities are addressed
• Deliver general administrative and operational assistance
• Support the business owner with personal tasks and daily coordination
• Upload content to social media platforms as instructed (content creation is not required)
• Ensure organization across emails, documents, and ongoing projects
• Maintain regular communication with the business owner to grasp priorities and carry out tasks effectively
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Capable of following directions and executing tasks independently
• Comfortable managing a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable, responsive, and consistent in daily communications
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Experience in supporting contractors, construction firms, or home service providers (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in Operations Support (preferred)
• Familiarity with material lists and job tracking (preferred)
• Experience in scheduling jobs or crews (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and forward-thinking skills (preferred)
