This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Calendar management: Organize, adjust, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Email handling: Oversee inboxes, compose responses, and prioritize communications.
• Travel coordination: Research and arrange flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Document preparation: Develop, modify, and structure reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Task tracking: Keep up with to-do lists, deadlines, and project updates.
• Confidential support: Manage sensitive information with care and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Capability to work independently and adjust to shifting priorities
• Previous experience in administrative or personal assistant roles is preferred
