This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of client appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
• Regularly update and manage scheduling systems to ensure accurate availability and bookings.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and address any changes.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to enhance resource utilization.
• Keep precise records of schedules and related communications.
• Offer administrative support associated with scheduling tasks as required.
• High school diploma is necessary; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling or calendar management.
• Proficient in scheduling software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
