This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee, organize, and maintain all forms of correspondence, including emails and phone calls from various channels.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across different time zones.
• Propose, implement, and carry out management strategies and systems.
• Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and accurately record minutes.
• Handle email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and ensure follow-ups are conducted.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist with project coordination and help in tracking tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Serve as a liaison with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Provide assistance with personal tasks and various administrative duties as needed.
• Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar capacity.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Capability to multitask and work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting senior executives or consultants is preferred.
• Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar is preferred.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or fast-paced environments is preferred.
