This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.
• Examine engineered drawings to verify adherence to permitting entity and jurisdictional standards.
• Act as the final reviewer and endorse engineered drawings for submission to permitting bodies.
• Create and submit drawings and documentation to the relevant authorities for zoning approvals, variances, special use permits, and conditional use permits, as necessary.
• Collaborate with local market land surveyors to procure ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and easement documentation.
• Partner with local market geotechnical and environmental engineering firms to facilitate required investigations and studies.
• Assist Permitting Managers and Coordinators with permit submissions and engage in meetings with local officials and authorities.
• Generate drawings and associated contract documents in a cost-effective, precise, and timely manner.
• Guide apprentice engineers and other technical personnel to enhance organizational capability and technical proficiency.
• Foster and uphold effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, public officials, and external partners.
• Maintain professional standards regarding attendance, punctuality, appearance, and conduct in line with company policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve personal performance and project team efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and ethical standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Familiarity with telecommunications engineering and construction is preferred.
