This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Accountable for the sustainable growth and development of your sales region.
β’ Cultivating long-term partnerships with hospitals and interventional specialists in radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology.
β’ Providing clinical consultation and support for the utilization of our cutting-edge Penumbra products.
β’ Independently managing product launches and delivering presentations to users and procurement teams.
β’ Conducting strategic analysis and further enhancing existing accounts, along with identifying new market prospects.
β’ Establishing and nurturing close relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the field.
β’ Executing regional sales and marketing strategies with a significant degree of autonomy.
β’ Assisting with interventional procedures and offering support directly in clinical environments.
β’ Representing Penumbra at conferences, workshops, and professional gatherings.
β’ Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at both national and European levels.
β’ Completed education or training in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration.
β’ Several years of sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals and a passion for exploring new opportunities.
β’ Understanding of clinical processes and the capability to foster trusting relationships within hospital settings.
β’ Motivated individual with a confident demeanor, strong initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative MedTech solutions.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a collaborative and solution-oriented working approach.
β’ High eagerness to learn, adaptability, and drive to excel in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
β’ Independent, organized, and reliable work ethic with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
β’ Proficient in German and possess good English language skills, both written and spoken.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory.
