Performance & Talent Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance Trafilea's performance and talent development initiatives.

• Take ownership of critical initiatives including Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), career pathing, promotions, and succession planning.

• Oversee and execute the Performance Review cycle from the planning stage through to completion.

• Manage processes related to Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Promotions.

• Monitor talent metrics and provide dashboards and reports with actionable insights.

• Work alongside leaders and HRBPs to promote talent development and ensure process adoption.

• Maintain career frameworks, job leveling, and documentation of competencies.

• Develop and conduct training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for both managers and employees.

• Identify and execute process enhancements utilizing data, AI, and automation tools.

• Ensure that talent programs are implemented accurately, punctually, and in alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HRBP roles.

• Proven experience in managing Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Career Development programs.

• Strong analytical abilities, with advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with leaders and teams.

• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with HRIS, Talent Management, or LMS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Small Improvements, or similar).

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, n8n, or similar) to enhance efficiency and reporting.
