This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage actively in meetings with clients and major stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are clearly understood and met; consistently demonstrate accountability and involvement in client management.
• Design and execute effective digital marketing strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic advertising, optimizing performance to align with business goals.
• Develop media plans that enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve specified KPIs.
• Generate campaign performance reports utilizing tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
• Assist the team in overseeing and executing campaigns—from initiation to final report delivery—ensuring that deliverables meet projections and targets.
• Create and refine performance ads within CPC/PPC frameworks.
• Organize incoming requests and delegate tasks to other project members as needed; take charge of project management and routine activities.
• Aid in the technical growth and skill enhancement of peers and other team members involved in projects.
• Advanced or fluent English: crucial for effective communication in a global environment and with international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital performance media: demonstrated experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic.
• Data-driven approach: ability to analyze results from paid campaigns to inform strategic decisions and optimizations that enhance performance.
• Independence and initiative: capacity to make independent decisions, take initiative, and effectively manage complex situations.
• Dedication to deadlines and outcomes: ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines while maintaining a high level of accountability.
