This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Oversee and enhance Google and Bing Ads (Search, Shopping, App) along with Google Shopping feeds across various international markets.

• Manage substantial budgets with a focus on allocation, optimization, and maximizing ROI.

• Execute keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive gap analyses.

• Create ad copy, landing pages, and testing hypotheses while collaborating with designers for tailored implementations.

• Conduct daily performance assessments to detect trends and seize market opportunities.

• Revitalize current campaigns through ongoing testing and strategic expansion into new global regions.

• Convert datasets into practical insights and strategic recommendations for the Head of PPC.

• Function as a proactive specialist who challenges concepts and speeds up the implementation process.

• Utilize AI tools to ensure a swift and efficient production workflow.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct PPC experience managing annual Google Ads budgets exceeding €1M.

• Profound understanding of Google Ads, performance metrics, and analytics.

• Strong capability to transform complex data into strategic, actionable insights.

• Demonstrated expertise in ad copywriting and conversion rate optimization, with a keen attention to detail and user experience.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects within dynamic, international, and global market environments.

• A self-motivated individual who identifies opportunities; prior in-house experience is preferred.
