This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the daily execution of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and partner listing campaigns.
• Continuously enhance campaigns to achieve CPA, CAC, ROAS, and volume objectives across both Member and Host funnels.
• Oversee budgets, bids, and audience segmentation to optimize efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with external design resources to evaluate ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
• Work alongside external platforms and internal stakeholders to initiate and refine campaigns.
• Examine full-funnel performance to pinpoint drop-offs and areas for enhancement.
• Design and execute A/B tests focusing on targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
• Create dashboards and provide clear, actionable performance insights to stakeholders.
• 2–4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs.
• Practical experience with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Strong capability to analyze data, generate reports, and extract actionable insights.
• Proven experience in conducting structured experiments and optimizing based on outcomes.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Rockerbox, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and drives projects from start to finish.
