This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution and enhancement of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and paid social media.
• Create and launch campaigns that align with business goals, budgets, target audiences, offers, and marketing strategies.
• Track campaign pacing and performance, analyze keywords, search terms, audiences, placements, and creative elements, and implement necessary optimizations.
• Develop, quality assurance, schedule, and execute email campaigns for promotions, products, webinars, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
• Assist with email audience segmentation, list management, suppression criteria, campaign tracking, and optimization.
• Design and conduct A/B tests across various elements including paid media, email, messaging, creative content, audiences, offers, and landing page experiences.
• Analyze performance across channels and convert data into actionable insights to enhance leads, conversions, revenue, CPA, and ROAS.
• Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards that link marketing activities to business results.
• Uphold campaign tracking standards, including UTMs and conversion tracking, and aid in resolving measurement issues.
• Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, CRO, web, marketing operations, and other teams to align campaigns and boost performance.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance campaign processes, efficiency, scalability, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads.
• Experience in creating and deploying email campaigns using an email service provider, CRM, or marketing automation platform.
• Deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, lead volume, and revenue metrics.
• Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with campaign testing and optimization methods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
• Capability to work independently within established strategies while proactively spotting areas for improvement.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, or other paid advertising platforms.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in marketing automation, audience segmentation, nurture programs, or lifecycle marketing.
• Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience supporting B2B and B2C programs, multiple brands, or various product lines.
