This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.
• Transform leadership initiatives into actionable tasks and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (executive, development, accounting) and external partners to facilitate program launches.
• Oversee workflows, timelines, and task management across various workstreams.
• Assist in executing O&O lead generation programs that encompass outbound dialing, direct mail, digital media, affiliate marketing, and other customer acquisition channels.
• Contribute to achieving operational excellence in pay-for-performance marketing initiatives.
• Aid in comprehensive tracking across performance marketing channels.
• Set up and conduct quality assurance for tracking across platforms.
• Ensure proper data flow from source to lead, conversion, and revenue.
• Track lead quality, monetization, and operational performance metrics.
• Create and manage daily and weekly reports that monitor key metrics such as CPL, revenue per lead/call, conversion rates, margin, ROI, and acquisition efficiency.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing within an Owned & Operated (O&O) lead generation setting.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting direct-response acquisition channels, including outbound dialing, direct mail, digital media, affiliate marketing, or similar lead generation programs.
• In-depth understanding of pay-for-performance business models, where revenue is linked to lead quality, conversions, calls, or customer acquisition results.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience with tracking, attribution, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with lead generation or affiliate platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to independently manage multiple projects.
