
Performance Marketing Manager – Social Ads Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, emphasizing profitability and scaling.
• You will implement existing performance strategies and refine them based on data analysis across all relevant funnel stages.
• You will manage daily budgets against target KPIs (ROAS, POAS, CAC) while ensuring precise execution even with high five- to six-figure monthly budgets.
• You will collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts, such as UGC ads and founder-led ads, and systematically test hooks, formats, and narratives.
• You will regularly analyze campaign data, prepare client reports, and offer strategic advice to clients regarding holistic account development.
• You will work closely with internal copywriters to continually enhance sales psychology and direct-response strategies.
• You will assist in expanding the paid social area over time and take on subject-matter responsibilities within the team.
• 1–3 years of substantial experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid social.
• A proven track record of scaling e-commerce accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proficient use of tracking and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Tracify, Admetrics, or similar systems.
• An understanding of e-commerce metrics such as margins, contribution margins, retention, ROAS, POAS, and CAC.
• Structured thinking and the ability to self-organize independently.
• A desire to pursue leadership and technical responsibilities in the future.
