Performance Marketing Manager – SEA/PPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create SEA/PPC concepts, market analyses, and account audits.

• You will independently manage the strategic support and consulting for our clients (both over the phone and in-person).

• You will focus on the expansion and further development of SEA/PPC accounts.

• You will maintain open and professional communication with our clients.

• You will efficiently and purposefully integrate AI tools into your daily work.

• PPC account management will be part of your daily activities.

• You will conduct in-house training sessions for clients.

• You will support and present planned measures and concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have approximately 3 years of professional experience in the field of SEA/PPC and can demonstrate visible successes in managing SEA/PPC accounts.

• A self-directed, reliable, and goal-oriented work style is a given for you.

• You exhibit a communicative and confident demeanor (during negotiations, presentations, etc.).

• You speak fluent German (C2 level) and have a good command of English, which is an advantage.

• You possess excellent knowledge of the functionalities of Google Ads & Bing Ads, with initial experience in Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads.

• You may also have familiarity with common SEA tools (ChannelPilot, channable, intelliAd, AdSpert, etc.).

• You have very good proficiency in using MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• You are well-versed in online marketing and have a holistic understanding of cross-channel campaigns.

• You always maintain an overview and keep a cool head.
