
Performance Marketing Manager – SEA Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), your primary responsibility will be to achieve optimal results for your clients, working both independently and as part of a two-person project team.
• You will oversee a portfolio of existing e-commerce clients with monthly budgets ranging from four to six figures, providing operational and strategic support for their growth.
• Your role will involve setting up, managing, measuring, and optimizing Google Ads (and Microsoft Ads) campaigns, and ideally, you'll also engage in web analytics activities, significantly enhancing client success.
• You will independently design and strategize highly profitable performance marketing initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Google Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display to effectively boost your clients’ revenues.
• You will conduct regular alignment meetings with clients, either on your own or, for key clients, alongside Sergej (Managing Director) or Tolga (Unit Lead, SEA Team), presenting new growth opportunities.
• Your responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating campaign performance to derive actionable insights from reports.
• You will keep an eye on market trends and identify new opportunities to expand performance activities.
• Your analysis of client company structures will help you understand economically relevant KPIs and develop performance-oriented solutions based on that insight.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a performance marketing role within an agency environment, focusing on SEA / Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in client-facing positions.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
• A client-oriented, independent, structured, and goal-driven work style complemented by a strong service mindset.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills are among your core strengths.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken (German is essential for client communication).
• Permanent residency in Germany is required.
