
Performance Marketing Manager – SEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategize, develop, and enhance performance campaigns on Google (primary focus: Google Ads), YouTube, and Meta.
• Accountable for managing substantial media budgets in the seven-figure range, emphasizing ROAS, CAC, and growth objectives.
• Leverage GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Conversion APIs to make data-informed decisions.
• Create and assess A/B tests, creative trials, and funnel enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth, Design, and Data teams to ensure alignment between paid channels, content, and the customer journey.
• Serve clients across more than 80 countries.
• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, SEA, or paid growth.
• Demonstrated success in budget management, enhancing ROAS, and optimizing funnels.
• Proficient user of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Strong technical knowledge of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication abilities and a self-directed work approach.
• Proficient in German and English.
