Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on complete project management responsibilities for your clients in Paid Social, overseeing everything from strategic conception to operational execution and scaling.

• You will create and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies for some of the most dynamic and rapidly growing consumer brands, focusing on performance, scaling, and profitability.

• You will manage a six-figure monthly media budget with clearly defined KPI targets, systematically identifying opportunities for scaling.

• You will operationally execute data-driven social media ad campaigns, professionally structure accounts, develop testing roadmaps (including creatives, audiences, and offers), and continuously optimize campaigns based on relevant performance metrics.

• You will analyze performance data, derive strategic recommendations, and consistently refine existing campaign setups.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess at least 1–2 years of professional experience in Social Media Ads.

• You have good to very good knowledge of paid advertising on Meta platforms and ideally also on TikTok and Pinterest.

• You already have experience in project management and leading client projects.

• You are motivated to contribute and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of Mawave and our clients.

• You enjoy delving into Ads Manager data, analyzing it, and deriving actionable insights.

• You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
