Performance Marketing Manager, Native or Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for all Paid Campaigns on Google & YouTube as well as Facebook & Instagram.

• You will develop campaign structures for lead generation (freebies, webinars, direct-to-call) and implement them into scalable campaigns.

• You ensure that we capture LLP at all bottom-of-funnel levels.

• You optimize target audiences, creatives, and placements for the best possible ROAS.

• You collaborate closely with copywriters, the creative team, and external partners.

• You are responsible for daily monitoring and reporting of KPIs such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

• You conduct A/B testing of hooks, creatives, and CTAs.

• You develop retargeting strategies to convert previous site visitors into customers.

• You hold full responsibility for setting up and optimizing our conversion campaigns.

• You possess a deep understanding of Google/YouTube and Meta Ads logic.

• You deliver a stable lead pipeline for webinars and sales calls.

• You work data-driven and continuously test new keywords, target groups, and video formats.

• You think creatively and experiment with new ad formats (Reels Ads, UGC Style).

• You are self-reliant, dependable, and work in a structured manner.

• You are a team player who embodies LLP values and vision.

• We require at least C1-level proficiency in German.
