
Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the entire outbound funnel—from crafting copy and launching campaigns to enhancing conversions, managing inbound calls, and assessing performance.
• Create and refine high-converting copy for: SMS campaigns, Ringless voicemail (RVM) scripts, Emails (subject lines and body), and Landing pages.
• Conduct ongoing **A/B tests** across messaging, offers, and web pages.
• Manage funnel performance comprehensively: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue.
• Monitor and evaluate key metrics: Conversion rates, Cost per lead/qualified call, Revenue per campaign and buyer, ROI by channel and cohort.
• Configure and enhance **IVR flows (Telnyx)** for handling inbound calls.
• Route calls utilizing platforms such as **Ringba or Retreaver** to optimize revenue.
• Work with extensive datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns on a large scale.
• Identify performance gaps and consistently iterate on testing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in **performance marketing or direct response copywriting**.
• Solid background in **outbound campaigns** (SMS, email, cold outreach, etc.).
• Experience in managing or executing **high-volume campaigns**.
• Practical experience with **A/B testing and conversion optimization**.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in working with performance data.
• Clear comprehension of **funnels and unit economics (CPA, CVR, ROI, revenue per lead)**.
• Self-motivated individual who can operate with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English (both written and professional).
