This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conducting research to identify potential client companies.
• Creating and sustaining your own prospect database.
• Making a significant number of outbound cold calls each day.
• Engaging with decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.
• Qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
• Overseeing follow-up activities and nurturing prospects through various touchpoints.
• Accurately updating CRM records.
• Achieving established activity and appointment-setting targets.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B cold calling.
• Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience in sourcing your own leads.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Resilient and adept at handling rejection.
• Self-motivated and exceptionally organized.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home-working environment.
