This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels) utilizing provided job site footage (via CapCut or Canva)
• Publish 3–5 videos weekly
• Share 2–3 static posts each week
• Manage daily Instagram and Facebook Stories
• Address all incoming messages (Instagram, Facebook, website inquiries)
• Ensure a response time of under 12 hours
• Ask structured questions to clarify budget, timeline, and scope
• Differentiate between qualified and unqualified leads
• Forward only qualified leads to the business owner
• Input 100% of leads into JobTread
• Update pipeline stages: New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Consultation Scheduled
• Arrange consultations for qualified leads
• Send confirmations and reminders for appointments
• Follow up on missed appointments
• Reach out to non-responsive leads
• Provide a weekly report detailing: Total leads received, Qualified leads, Consultations scheduled, Lead sources (Instagram, referrals, etc.)
• Strong experience in social media management
• Proficient in lead generation and qualification
• Experience in CRM management (preferably JobTread or similar)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Capacity to adhere to systems, scripts, and workflows
• Detail-oriented with robust documentation practices
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
