Lead Generation and AI Automation Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to create targeted prospect lists.

• Establish and maintain a global directory of property managers, facility managers, and cleaning service providers.

• Identify suitable leads within the commercial real estate and commercial cleaning sectors.

• Validate contact details and ensure accurate lead databases are kept up to date.

• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and researching potential leads.

• Engage with decision-makers and industry professionals.

• Assist in relationship-building and nurturing leads.

• Perform outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels.

• Qualify leads and arrange discovery calls or appointments.

• Keep systematic records of outreach initiatives and their outcomes.

• Follow up with leads to enhance engagement and response rates.

• Monitor lead generation efforts and assess campaign effectiveness.

• Generate reports detailing lead generation activities, scheduled appointments, and outreach metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in lead generation, prospect research, or appointment setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and outreach tools is required.

• Strong skills in internet research and data entry.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to quickly learn new software and AI tools.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Clay or comparable lead enrichment platforms.

• Familiarity with AI automation tools and workflow management platforms.

• Background in supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams.

• Knowledge of the commercial real estate, property management, or cleaning service industries.

• Experience in appointment setting and outbound outreach.
