Performance Marketing Manager – Google, Meta, Bing Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing.

• Generate high-quality inbound leads across various franchise territories nationwide.

• Enhance conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.

• Evaluate campaign performance against commercial KPIs, including booked jobs, revenue, occupancy, and profitability.

• Construct and refine audience targeting, keyword strategies, retargeting, and local area campaigns.

• Supervise landing page optimization, attribution, and conversion tracking.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and franchise partners to align performance with business objectives.

• Continuously test campaign structures, creative content, bidding strategies, and funnel enhancements.

• Generate clear reports and actionable insights for leadership and franchise stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI results.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.

• Experience in franchise, multi-location, home services, logistics, or lead generation businesses is highly valued.

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, offline conversion reporting, and CRM integration (HubSpot preferred).

• Ability to link marketing performance to tangible business metrics and profitability.

• Experience in scaling campaigns while preserving lead quality and operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to pinpoint growth opportunities from data.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking, and reporting platforms.
