This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Are you proficient in performance marketing and know how to optimize Google Ads and META Ads to achieve results?
• Develop performance strategies and campaign structures for Google Ads and META Ads, ideally including TikTok and LinkedIn as well.
• Create, optimize, and manage ongoing campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and derive actionable optimization measures.
• Set up technical tracking (Pixel, conversions, events, Tag Manager, UTM parameters).
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and funnel optimization.
• Generate reports and provide clear recommendations for action.
• Experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google Ads and META Ads.
• Proficient in working with numbers, KPIs, attribution models, and dashboards.
• Analytical approach and technical understanding of tracking and events.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Business Manager.
• Ability to logically structure campaigns and understand efficient optimization techniques.
• Eagerness to explore new formats, platforms, and functionalities.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus, but not mandatory.
