This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You effectively manage your clients' Google Ads campaign budgets, leading to substantial revenue growth.
• Strategy & Scaling: Google Ads standards serve as a foundation, not a ceiling. We expect innovative, data-driven approaches for optimal budget distribution and sustainable growth, with a strong emphasis on business outcomes.
• Autonomous Account Management: You will fully oversee multiple e-commerce accounts, conducting thorough performance evaluations.
• Project Orchestration: Serving as the main point of contact, you will connect various threads and collaborate closely with our internal specialists in Creative, Tracking, and Media Buying.
• Trusted Advisor: As the primary contact for strategic inquiries, you will confidently lead client calls, generate analytical reports, and assist new clients with clear growth strategies.
• AI & New Tools: Utilizing state-of-the-art tools is part of your daily tasks, including standalone agents in Claude Coding that enhance both speed and quality.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focusing on Google Ads.
• Autonomy: At least 1 year of experience in independently managing e-commerce accounts, demonstrating tangible results in growth and scaling.
• Client Communication: Confidently lead calls, present reports, and clearly explain results. Keeping clients aligned with objectives is your norm.
• Proficient in tools like Google Merchant Center and other common multichannel e-commerce tools for feed optimization.
• Proactivity & Organization: Capable of working independently, sensibly prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a clear focus—even while managing multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in German at C1 level for effective communication with clients and team members.
