
Performance Marketing Manager – Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Take full responsibility for the performance of paid campaigns across various verticals and markets.
• Convert Product Marketing positioning and value propositions into organized paid activation strategies.
• Establish campaign objectives that align with MQL, opportunity creation, and influenced pipeline metrics.
• Develop and implement structured testing roadmaps that encompass targeting, creative elements, messaging, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Maintain disciplined budget pacing and allocate capital efficiently.
• Lead the hands-on execution of campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Organize campaigns for scalability, clarity, and performance transparency.
• Regularly refresh creative and campaign structures to sustain testing velocity.
• Oversee and coordinate efforts with external agencies and partners as needed.
• Manage reporting and insights for comprehensive performance campaigns, generating actionable insights while identifying key challenges and opportunities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within B2B, SaaS, fintech, or complex commercial settings.
• Strong practical expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in supporting or executing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-touch attribution environments.
• Knowledge of attribution platforms such as Dreamdata, HubSpot attribution, or CRM reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to create structured experimentation roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to link campaign data to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.
• Experience utilizing automation and AI tools to enhance campaign testing and performance workflows.
