This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Take charge of and enhance paid acquisition channels such as search, social, and display.
β’ Strategize and implement campaigns focused on performance that align with pipeline and revenue goals.
β’ Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to create high-converting assets and messaging.
β’ Oversee budgets, forecasts, and ROI objectives across various channels.
β’ Evaluate performance data and refine campaigns using comprehensive funnel metrics.
β’ Experiment with and expand new channels, target audiences, and AI-driven applications.
β’ Demonstrated experience in B2B performance or demand marketing in a SaaS context.
β’ Solid understanding of AI-driven products and the performance-focused behavior of buyers.
β’ Evidence of success in managing paid media initiatives that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
β’ Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Marketo integrated with Salesforce).
β’ Strong analytical capabilities and skills in optimization.
β’ Non-negotiable: Prior experience in a fully remote setting, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or equivalent), and experience with US- or UK-based organizations.
