This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Marketing Process Architect: You will oversee the complete automation of our marketing processes, aiming to reduce manual operational efforts in performance marketing through effective workflows.
• Strategic Backlog Management: You will perform in-depth analyses of our current marketing landscape, pinpoint inefficiencies, and maintain a prioritized backlog to enable ongoing process enhancements.
• Roadmap Owner: Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will create a technical roadmap for marketing automation and execute it independently—from the initial concept to the go-live stage.
• Data-Driven Performance: You will connect inventory data with first-party user data to develop highly personalized, automated campaign workflows that significantly boost our efficiency.
• Interface Management: Serving as a 'technical translator,' you will liaise with BI, IT, and our shareholders to integrate marketing tools smoothly into our system landscape.
• Tech-Stack Evolution: You will not only utilize existing tools (Scripts, Channel Managers, Product Feeds) but also actively enhance them—especially by incorporating AI-driven processes (LLMs, Agents) for content creation or bid management.
• Performance Monitoring & Sparring: You will track performance metrics across all channels and proactively formulate optimization strategies, coordinating directly with your manager.
• Proven Performance Marketing Track Record: You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing complex campaigns, particularly focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Automation Stack: You are skilled in workflow automation tools such as n8n or Zapier, enabling you to connect processes effortlessly across various platforms.
• Coding & Scripting Skills: You are capable of writing or modifying Google Ads Scripts (JavaScript) and are comfortable using APIs to streamline manual tasks.
• Data Expertise: You have strong analytical skills, especially in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and understand how to technically prepare first-party data for actionable advanced targeting.
• AI & Emerging Tech: You possess initial experience in implementing AI Agents or LLM-based workflows to enhance creative production or campaign management.
• Language Skills: You are business-fluent in both German and English, facilitating effective collaboration with local teams and international stakeholders. Proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage.
• Interface Specialist: You can effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, comprehensible language for BI, IT, and various stakeholders.
