This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Paid Media & Growth: Spearhead the strategy and implementation of paid media campaigns across diverse platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Omni-Channel Management: Take full ownership of, create, and oversee content and strategies for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• YouTube: Develop and execute a strategy for keyword dominance on YouTube to establish the top authority on Amazon.
• Email Marketing: Strategize and implement email campaigns using HubSpot, including the development of segmented lists and optimization of automated workflows.
• Project Management: Serve as a "central hub" for marketing efforts; monitor all team members and projects to ensure deadlines are adhered to and quality is upheld.
• AI Integration: Skillfully leverage AI tools to enhance content creation for LinkedIn, YouTube scripts, and email copy while maintaining brand voice.
• Lead Generation: Oversee lead magnet initiatives, encompassing guide copywriting/design and the automation of landing page funnels.
• Data & Analytics: Consistently gather and evaluate social data, paid media metrics, and emerging trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner with email copywriters and various departments (Sales, Customer Relations) to manage reputation and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Reporting: Compile high-level weekly marketing division reports for the CEO and Head of Content.
• Advanced English Level: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Paid Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing paid social and search campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube with an emphasis on ROI.
• Strong Management Background: Extensive project management experience; must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to hold others accountable.
• Multi-Platform Proficiency: Experience with YouTube (both organic and paid), LinkedIn (growth and outreach), and Email Marketing is required.
• AI Fluency: High comfort level with AI tools to improve productivity and content quality across marketing channels.
• Technical Stack: Sufficient knowledge of HubSpot (or similar automation software) and various analytics platforms.
• Strategic Writing: Strong consulting, writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: A positive mindset, attention to detail, and the capacity to excel in a high-autonomy setting.
