• Dynamically allocate and optimize budgets based on performance metrics, risk assessment, and business priorities.
• Drive creative strategy and iteration by converting performance data into actionable insights regarding messaging, formats, and target audiences.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Risk, Analytics, and Design teams to enhance targeting, onboarding processes, and conversion rates.
• Manage mobile attribution and measurement using tools such as AppsFlyer/Adjust while navigating challenges related to signal loss (e.g., SKAN, privacy changes).

• Experience optimizing beyond installations, utilizing downstream metrics (e.g., activation, conversion, revenue, LTV) to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer) and understanding challenges associated with signal loss (e.g., SKAN).
• Strong analytical capabilities; skilled in linking marketing performance to business outcomes (CAC, LTV, payback period).
• Proficient in SQL for independent analysis of performance and generating insights.
• High level of ownership and comfort with uncertainty; able to create structure and achieve results in a rapidly scaling environment.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights.
