Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee paid advertising channels: plan, set up, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Create, implement, and analyze A/B tests for creatives, target audiences, and ad placements – leveraging data to derive optimizations and execute them.

• Conduct regular KPI reporting and generate actionable insights based on the findings.

• Analyze and enhance landing pages and conversion funnels using performance data.

• Collaborate closely with Growth Management, Content, CRM, Sales, and the academies for cross-channel campaigns.

• Contribute to the development and execution of cross-channel performance strategies aimed at maximizing growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.

• Identify emerging trends, tools, and channels in performance marketing and integrate them into our marketing approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with expertise in Meta Ads and other paid channels (Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Proficient in planning and managing performance campaigns, with a solid understanding of relevant KPIs, funnel logic, and optimization strategies.

• A hands-on approach, eager to experiment and learn from failures, without waiting for perfection.

• Ability to clearly communicate results and present findings persuasively.

• Enjoyment of teamwork and openness to exchanging ideas with peers.

• A completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar qualification with a digital focus – or compelling practical experience to demonstrate your capability.
