This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the performance of Paid Social channels from start to finish — including setup, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Strategically plan, launch, and continually enhance campaigns based on established KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, pipeline impact).
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and convert data into actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
• Conduct structured experiments (A/B tests) and amplify successful strategies within your channel.
• Work in close collaboration with Brand, Content, and RevOps teams to enhance creatives, messaging, and funnel performance.
• Assist in developing tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks to facilitate reliable decision-making.
• Spot and experiment with new opportunities within your channel to unlock further growth.
• Keep abreast of platform advancements, trends, and improvements driven by automation or AI.
• 2–3+ years of practical experience in performance marketing within a data-driven context.
• Extensive knowledge of primary Paid Social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), preferably acquired in a larger performance marketing team.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and optimizing campaigns within your channel with a measurable performance impact.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with common tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, or similar).
• Experience in conducting structured tests and implementing data-driven optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics throughout the funnel.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-focused working style.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently within your scope.
• Fluent communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
