Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our performance marketing channels, which include Paid Social, Search Engine Advertising (SEA), and potentially Native & other platforms.

• You will create, manage, and optimize data-driven campaigns throughout the entire funnel.

• You will evaluate KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, leading to actionable insights.

• You will collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Content, and Tech teams to enhance lead quality and refine landing pages and user journeys.

• You will play an active role in shaping our marketing strategy by testing creatives, audiences, and messages, as well as working on tracking, attribution, and marketing automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of several years’ experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition (approximately 3+ years), with a strong proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads (additional channels are advantageous).

• A solid understanding of tracking, data analysis, and KPI logic, along with a strong technical affinity and a fundamental grasp of data-driven advertising and tracking systems (such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

• You approach challenges with hypotheses, tests, and iterations rather than relying on gut feeling, demonstrating a methodical and independent working style with a motivation to drive progress.

• Strong analytical abilities and a passion for data-driven, results-oriented tasks; ideally, you have some experience with conversion optimization, landing pages, or CRO.

• Proficiency in German at a native level and good command of English.
