Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate, oversee, and refine advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

• Develop hypotheses and evaluate creatives, audiences, and strategic approaches.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of marketing campaigns and implement enhancements to boost performance.

• Work in tandem with the product and analytics teams to assess traffic quality and the effects of marketing efforts on product metrics.

• Investigate competitors and market trends, and experiment with new traffic sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in performance marketing.

• A proactive attitude, independence, and willingness to take ownership of this domain.

• Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok.

• Familiarity with essential performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, hook rate).

• Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with data.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to streamline your workflow.
